Chronicling the hunt for whoever killed 16-year-old Kimberly Simon, who was raped and murdered in 1985 in Oneida County, N.Y. A suspect was convicted of the crime in 1989 but was released in 2008 after DNA evidence exonerated him. Other featured fugitives include Emilio Luna, a Phoenix pediatrician wanted on child-pornography charges; Berny Figueroa, a Honduras native wanted for the 2008 murder of a Brenham, Texas, 2-year-old; and San Diego's Geezer Bandit, who's wanted for 11 bank robberies.
